From survival patterns into a life that feels like your own.
Every recovery journey is different, and so is every mentoring relationship. This is not a fixed programme or a prescribed pathway. Instead, we co-create support that reflects your life, your needs in the moment, and a pace that feels sustainable for you. Whether you're navigating anorexia nervosa, rebuilding your relationship with food and your body, questioning long-held survival patterns, learning to understand yourself through the lens of neurodivergence, or finding your footing in sobriety, our work begins with meeting you exactly where you are.
Importantly, and what most distinctly sets my approach apart, is that I work beside you, not above you. Sessions are intentionally flexible in structure and are not marred by a strict timeframe, initially consisting of three catch-ups.
They are held in spaces that feel safe and grounding for you — galleries, over coffee, a walk, by the ocean, quietly in nature, or online.
I show up as a sister-like presence, mentor, and companion, and that may shift depending on what you need in each moment.
And again, we focus on a whole-self approach to healing, not symptom based treatment.
Outside of our sessions, I can also offer bi-daily check-ins, ongoing text support, additional phone calls, and tailored exercises or activities to support your progress between our time together.
Sometimes the work is practical and more therapy-focused. Other times it's about gently facing situations that feel impossible — like navigating feared foods or eating out, attending social settings, facing something feared. And at times, it's simply having someone beside you who understands, listens without judgment, and helps you make sense of what you're experiencing. And each time, you have the support of me.
As life changes, so too does the support. Some seasons call for accountability and structure; others require reflection, reassurance, or a steady presence while you rediscover parts of yourself that have been overshadowed by survival.
This approach exists because it's what I needed in my own recovery and transformational chapters — to be held, supported, and gently accountable by someone who truly understands.
